I have been there before. Life is falling apart once it was starting to look up. You feel hopeless, and like there is nothing you can do to fix anything. As if the light at the end of the tunnel disappeared and it is nowhere to be found. As if you’re in the ocean sinking. There are plenty of times that many people have faced that. The only thing that you can think is, “why me?"
You start to look down upon your faith, asking why God put you through this. If He actually loved you, why would He do this? That's the crazy thing: He put you through it because He loves you. God would never put you through something He didn’t think you could get through or if He didn’t think it would shape you into who you are meant to be.
No matter how negative it is, there is a positive side to it. It will shape you one day. I know it can be hard to believe that once something bad does happen, but trust me when I say that it happened for a reason. Personally, the things that God had put me through, made me better. They made me more aware and more understandable. I wouldn’t change it if I could.
So many people turn away from God when bad things happen. That’s not how it should be. You should become closer, and turn to God. At the end of they day, you only have God. He loves you with everything He has. He will give you as much strength as you need, because He never runs out. He will give you as much love as you need, because He never runs out.
When you pray for strength, will He just give you strength or will He put you through something for you to gain strength? He will put you through something.
He wants you to be the best you can be, and He loves every single one of his children. He will never give up on you.
When you go through something, turn to him. He is with you everyday. He will hear you and know that it will lead you somewhere you never thought you would be. It is hard to think that way when you have no one else to blame. I understand that completely, but God is wonderful and He wants to do wonderful things through, and to, you. That is no lie. Trust in the Lord that He knows what is best for you.
