These words are written on the Declaration of Independence. This is the founding principle of the United States of America. God is in the founding principle of our country.

The world has been a total mess of hatred and chaos. I have lived a somewhat sheltered life, and now that I am in the real world, I'm scared. As a 20 year old woman, I am terrified to even walk outside. God has been eliminated from America and it certainly shows.

Colin Kaepernick refused to stand for the National Anthem at a football game to protest social injustices. There were two recent polls done asking Americans how they felt about Kaepernick's actions. The polls were conducted by Reuters. In the first poll, a whopping 71% of Americans felt his behavior was unpatriotic and in the second poll, 61% of Americans did not support his stance.

Brock Turner, a white male Standford swimmer raped an unconscious behind a dumpster. Not only were his actions deplorable but the judge's were too. The maximum sentence for Turner's crime is 14 years, he was sentenced to 6 months, he was released in 3 for "good behavior".

Kraigen Grooms, an Iowa teen, raped a 2 year old girl while another man filmed. Investigators believe the assault was premeditated and there were plans to assault a 3 year old boy. While this is all extremely disturbing, it gets worse. Grooms was arrested in March 2014 and charged with second degree sexual abuse (this has a 25 year prison term). In July, he pleaded guilty to engaging in a lascivious act with a child. Grooms only spent 2 years in a juvenile detention center. The judge of this case handed him a suspended 10-year sentence. Grooms will not spend any time in jail unless he fails to comply with the terms of his release.

Three people in Rochester, New York have been arrested and charged with assault and kidnapping a pregnant woman and her 2 year because they wanted to take away her unborn child and toddler.

The United States of America is no longer the safe haven it once was. The American Dream is dead. There are corrupt politicians leading our country and a war on our streets, the once great United States has now fallen to rubble. There is nothing that man alone can do to save our country from self-destruction. We have no where to turn and no one to trust. There are more enemies than friends. Yet, God is one that is there for us, to protect us.
