Besides the songs and movies, Disney is also known for their famous quotes. In fact, you can find lots of quotes in your favorite movies. Most of Disney’s famous quotes you can be found throughout all Disney movies or the man who started it all, Walt Disney. So here are my top 5 favorite quotes from Disney Movies, or Walt Disney himself.

“Let Your Conscience Be Your Guide”

Not gonna lie, after I saw Pinocchio (and the Wishes firework show), I have a passionate love for Jiminy Cricket as a character and this quote as a whole. During Pinocchio, he was a constantly guiding Pinocchio during the movie. Not gonna lie, it’s kind of a dream to have a tiny conscience on your shoulder. Jiminy cricket shows the true meaning of having your conscience guiding you through life, and when taught us that things go wrong always be strong, and let your conscience be your guide.

“Have Courage And Be Kind”

One reason I loved Cinderella back when I was a child and now is even though she was treated horribly by her step family, she was still strong and still kind to others. And that's so important especially today. It's so important to still be kind to others so that kindness gets rewarded back to you. Nowadays it's a lovely word called Karma (do good and you get good back). But back in the day, Cinderella was known for being good and getting good in return.

“Dare To Be Different”

One of the many reasons I love Beauty and the Beast is because of Belle. Belle didn't start as a Princess, she wasn't much of a damsel in distress, but mostly she knew she was different from everyone and accepted the fact that she's different from everyone. And that got me to accept that it's okay to be different from everyone in school, everyone in your family, and in general. Because of Belle, I'm proud that I'm different, and I'm proud of who I am.

Which leads to...“Remember Who You Are.” In The Lion King, after Simba left Pride Rock for Hakuna Matata and found out Scar was taking over the pride lands that was once run by Mufasa, Simba saw his father; and it's this very quote that makes Simba remember who he is and gives him the strength to take on Scar and his role as King. This quote is very important to me because when you go through struggles and heartbreak, it's important to remember who you are. Because once you found yourself, you're able to get through anything and everything.

“All Dreams Can Come True If You Have The Courage To Pursue Them”

I've read many quotes from Walt Disney, and this happens to be my favorite one. The moral is if you want your dreams to come true, all it takes is hard work to pursue them (and he is so right). Hard work and determination are what make dreams and goals come true. This coming from the man who made Disney, which inspired us to make our dreams come true, it really means a lot.

So there you have it, ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls; my Top 5 Favorite Disney Quotes. These quotes are so incredibly important to me because they have inspired me to be strong, kind, and have inspired me to work hard on my dreams so that like Walt Disney my dreams can come true. So long for now and see you real soon with another Disney Article.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Challah vs. Easter Bread: A Delicious Dilemma

Is there really such a difference in Challah bread or Easter Bread?

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
