Thank you.

Thanks to you, my husband doesn't expect me to be perfect. He doesn't expect me to have his dinner cooked for him every night, but would rather cook for me. And I am so grateful for that because unfortunately, I am not skilled in the kitchen. He does not get mad at me when I become indecisive and instead tries to help me make up my mind and come to a conclusion.

My husband supports me in everything that I do and encourages me to go after everything I set for myself. He is one of my biggest fans and this is because you had a huge part in raising him to be the man that he is. He sticks up for me when I need it most.

He comforts me after I wake him up at three in the morning in a full-fledged panic attack. When I ask for something, even as a joke, but knowing that I want it, he gets it without even letting me know to surprise me. And if he can't get it right away then he tells me that one day when he can, he absolutely will and he reminds me of this often. He is selfless.

I have never met a man who is like him and I have you to thank for that.

You might not know, but before we ever dated I told him that I am just not in a place to date. That I was never going to put him first because God will always be first. That I was just too awkward of a person and scared to open up my heart to someone.

He told me that he never wanted to be first. That he would never stop trying because he knew that this was meant to be. He never questioned it in the four and a half years of being together. He never questioned it nor did he give up even when I tried my hardest to push him away due to fears and insecurities.

You raised him to be this man, and for that I will always thank you. Thank you for trusting me with you son and letting me love him for all of my life.
