Mom,

Thank you for going above and beyond the call of duty as a mom. You’ve made sure I’ve had everything I wanted and more my whole life, and I cannot thank you enough for that.

Thank you for always telling me to pursue my dreams. Because of you, I’m doing well and following my dreams. I’m in a great school on the path to starting my dream career, and I couldn’t be where I am without you pushing me to be the best I can be.

Thank you for your honesty. Whether it’s just for your thoughts on an outfit or something much bigger, I can always count on you to tell me your opinion – good or bad – on anything.

Thank you for being my go-to person when I need advice or just a shoulder to cry on. You’re extremely wise and you’re almost always right when it comes to big decisions. You allow me to make my own decisions, but your advice is a large influence on those decisions.

Thanks for always being there for me. Thanks for being there for me during my toughest times and for my best moments. You always make sure to show me that you’re supporting me, no matter what.

Thank you for being there for every milestone and event – big or small – in my life. Thanks for coming to every soccer game and every cheer competition. Thanks for showing up to every game I cheered at – even in the worst possible weather. Thanks for coming to my dance showcases and childhood plays and musicals. I know that these events were just as important to you as they were to me.

Thanks for driving me to every practice, game, and competition before I got my license and even sometimes after. I would not have gotten as far as I did without you, literally.

Thanks for being my best friend. Whenever I need a friend, I know you’ll be there. Thanks for all of our mother-daughter dates. Thank you for always being willing to hang out to me and just spend time with me.

Thank you for loving me. I know you love me because it’s just what moms do, but you also love me more than you need to. You always make sure you tell me you love me whenever you can.

Thank you for being an amazing role model. I always wonder what you would do in certain situations and I strive to be more like you everyday. You're an excellent human, and I hope to one day be half as good as you are.

Thank you for being the best mom you can possibly be. I’m sure it may be hard sometimes, and I’m sure it wasn’t always easy. I’m extremely grateful for you, and I cannot even begin to think of the ways I can express my gratitude. You’re the greatest, and I’m so lucky to have you in my life.
