To My Mom On Her Birthday,
All my life you are all I’ve known. You have been there to support me, to guide me and to love me. You have been my biggest supporter and my biggest critic. You have held my hand when I needed you most and you have let me fly when I just needed to do my own thing. You have never let me down and for that, I am oh so grateful. You have put me first since the day you found out I was going to be born. You have made major sacrifices just to make sure I have the best life and the most amazing opportunities and for that, I will never be able to re pay you. As your birthday approaches, I have begun to realize how much my life would be different if you were not in it. For the past 4 years I have not been able to celebrate your birthday with you and for that, I am so sorry. You have never once been mad at me or upset that I have missed your birthday. You have never once made me feel like I was letting you down. We have had our fights and we have had our bad times but through it all, I would never want to have that with anyone else. You have worked so hard your whole life to make sure that we never missed out on anything life could throw at us.
So as your birthday approaches remember you deserve everything that is given to you on this day. You deserve all the love in the world. If I could hand you everything you’ve ever wanted just like you have for me I would. If I could make life easy for you I would. If I could be there for your birthday believe me I would. There are so many things I wish I could thank you for but the list would be never ending.
