The Millennial Vote
Does anyone else feel like both presidential candidates are ignoring the millennial generation all together? Almost like, “Who cares if they are the largest generation ever in existence, they’re not smart enough or rich enough for their vote to matter.” Not that they gave us good options anyways. We get to choose between the loud mouth idiot (Trump) or the criminal whose husband didn’t even choose her (Hillary). Can someone say Dumb & Dumber?
Maybe we should show them just how much power and influence we hold. Lets not support either one. Because voting for Trump is mainly voting for a wall, and voting for Hillary because she is a woman is just making us women look pretty damn stupid. Can we renounce her as a woman? I definitely do not want to be represented by her it. Now by no means am I saying that you shouldn’t vote, that would be pretty stupid too. In not participating in this vote we give full power to the generation's before us that got us into this mess in the first place. No, go register to vote, wake up early on November 8, 2016, go to the polls, get your ballet, and underneath the bubble that says Write-In, write your name and fill in the little bubble. Let us be as loud as we possibly can, and put our names out there! Lets make this ballet into a petition against idiots as Presidents.
It doesn’t matter if you’re democrat or republican. We will cross that bridge when we come to it, but for right now lets just stop this train wreck from happening. Right now, if either becomes President of United States of America, all Hell is going to break loose! (and not in the Cute Dean and Sam Winchester way) Hillary is promising to take away all our rights (yes it is possible, ask Obama) and Trump will piss of so many different people, that the next world war will not be too far off. (but hey at least we are palls with Russia (for once)) There has got to be a better option! What if our votes are so over whelming that they throw out both candidates and start over? People keep telling me that its not possible, but why not? There are a lot of things happening in 2016 that everyone thought was impossible just 10 years ago. (Everyone and their dog playing Pokémon for one)
I’m so tired of seeing all this crap on the news. We have so much going on around the world and we need someone that can step up to the plate with strength and class. We need a Jackie Robinson up to bat! “The right of every American to first-class citizenship is the most important issue of our time.” (Jackie Robinson) We need someone that can say what needs to be said with out slinging mud! A President of the United States that is brave enough to tell us the truth, and someone with enough balls to get the job done! (Apparently we aren’t allowed to elect Batman. (I know, I’m pretty bummed too)) Maybe we are going to have to wait until a Millennial is old enough to take a shot at being President, but by then will it be too late? For now lets just be content in putting an end to this circus by voting #millennialvote for the 2016 Presidential Election. I know that is what I am going to do. So join me if you dare.
Lots of love
