Everyone deserves to have a brighter day, but sometimes we don't know how to become happier, especially when we've been under a cloud of darkness for a while. You have the power to make your day bette! Here are ten of an endless amount of ways:

1. Joking around with your friends.

There is nothing better than laughing to a point where you feel likes your abs are getting a workout or to a point where you feel like you cannot breathe.

2. Lying outside under the sun.


Enjoying some fresh air and absorbing some sunlight instantly makes me feel relaxed.

3. Watching a good movie or reading your favorite book can be very enjoyable.

These activities can help you escape your world for a while.

4. Having a tasty meal.

Eating a delicious meal will make you feel like life is worth living.

5. Exercising!


Exercising eases any stress or tension that you may have. You will also release some endorphins, which physically makes you happy.

6. Go on an adventure!

Decide what place you would like to visit and travel to that place!

7. Do some community service!

Doing good can actually make someone feel good.

8. Be productive and check something off of your To-Do List.


Completing one of your goals or daily tasks can make anyone feel like they had a productive day.

9. Sleep!

Never underestimate the power a good night’s sleep or a power-nap can have on your body.

10. Clean your room!

Waking up to a clean room is always a good way to start a morning. You would already be setting up your day for success.
