Part of being a human is having a feelings and a personality. And that means having characteristics that define us in the. Basically, we’re all rainbows.

Our feelings define us and help up communicate, without which there would be no relationships or bonds. Each color represents many things. They each have different effects on our body and mean different things to different people in different cultures. Think about what color you are right now, and think about what color you were during some past milestones in your life. It might give you a new perspective on who you are.
Red exists on two different spectrums. On one side there is love, desire, and passion, and on the other there is, blood, violence, aggression. It is scientifically proven that red stimulates a person and provokes them. Orange represents warmth, enthusiasm, and positivity. It is often said that it is the color of youth and creativity. It stimulates our appetite and if you’re looking at gold orange, that represents wealth or high quality. With its brightness, orange inspires confidence, risk-taking, and extroversion. It also overall represents an uplifting and optimistic view on life.
Yellow is very similar to orange as it represents joy, cheerfulness, and fun. Yellow resonates with the left side of our brain, stimulating our perception. Yellow promotes curiosity and new ideas. Light yellow is used for children because it is easy on the eye and represents dreaming.
Green is the color of nature and fitness. It means compassion, freshness, and harmony, not to mention being the international color for ‘go.’ Green represents currency in the United States and defines fertility in many countries. In Iran and Egypt, green is considered a sacred color. Unlike red, the color green relaxes our systems and does not provoke our bodies. It enhances our spirit and behavior. Green is also used to represented sickness sometimes.
Blue is the color of the water and the sky, therefore a very calm color. It represents quietness, responsibility, and security. This relaxing color reduces stress and creates a sense of order and calmness. It inspires higher levels of intelligence, predictability, and devotion. Sometimes however, blue can also represent sadness.
Purple represents royalty, mystery, ambition, and enlightenment. Many philosophers are attracted to this color as it represents the future and spirituality. Just like green, the color purple calms the mind and puts one at ease.
We’re yellow with joy when we succeed, and we’re red with aggression when we fail.
However, without success, we wouldn’t know failure, and without failure, we wouldn’t know success. Everything goes hand in hand. You can’t define happiness, if you don’t know what sadness is. You can’t be yellow without having felt blue. So be those colors. Be all the colors. These colors encompass who we are, so stay colorful.
