Love Yourself

In order to love yourself, you have to stop comparing yourself to others because you are you and that's all you can ever be; yourself. The moment you stop worrying about how you look compared to others will be a moment you see yourself as the amazing person you are. Be confident in who you are because you are special and unique.

Be who you are and say what you feel for those who matter don't mind and those who mind don't matter - Dr. Seuss. Surround yourself with people who support you and don't put you down! This is important because being around people who talk down to you will get to you. You have to rise above it and find supportive people.

You have to love yourself before others will love you. This is often the hardest lesson to learn. Once I began to love myself I met some great people and my life really got better. It is a full-time job to love yourself, but someone has to do it! You are the one person in life you can't walk away from so it's better to be happy with who you are.
