Having the opportunity to see life through the eyes of a child is something I have always cherished, as his opportunity is a constant reminder of how the simplest things in life can make you the happiest. It shows you what life is truly about. Here are a series of questions I asked a seven year old, I hope the responses make you both smile and appreciate the little things a little more.
Q: What makes you happiest?
A: Being with my family and friends.
Q: How do you make other people happy?
A: Being a friend to everyone and including everyone.
Q: If you could have a superpower what would it be and why?
A: To fly all over the world and help save the day for as many people as I can.
Q: If you could change one thing about the world what would it be?
A: That there are no more wars, so everyone can get along and not fight.
Q: If you were president for one day, what would you do?
A: I would make sure everyone in the country had enough food and water.
Q: What is most important to you?
A:My family and friends.
Q: What does love mean to you?
A: When you make sacrifices for someone, someone that sticks up for you and someone that gives you lots of hugs.
Q: What are memories and why are they important?
A: Memories are days that we want to remember because they are special to you.
Q: What is your dream?
A: To be a princess and live in a castle.
Q: What is laughter?
A: When you're so happy you can't help but show it.
Q: What is your favorite place and why?
A: My house because my siblings and my mom and dad are always there and we all laugh a lot together.

A: A summer day spent by the pool.

A: That I am good at reading.

A: Heights because i'm only 4'2".

A: Someone you can tell anything to and you like to play with.

A: My sister because she helps me with everything and loves me.
Q: What inspires you?
A: Doing arts and crafts.
Q: What is your talent?
A: Dancing because it makes my heart happy.
Q: What is the number one rule to follow?
A: Be nice to everyone and to always tell the truth.
Q: What is the best thing about being little?
A: Being able to do fun things big kids can't do.
Q: What do you think about growing up?
A: I think growing up will be cool because I can be just like my mom someday.
Q: If you had a million dollars what would you do with it?
A: buy a lot of presents for my friends and family.
Q: What does family mean?
A: People that love you and take care of you and make you laugh a lot.
Q: What are you most thankful for?
A: My mom and dad, my sister and my brothers, my cousins, my grandparents, my aunts and uncles, my friends and that I get to play all the time.
