To start out, Pokemon Sun and Moon was definitey an amazing game. It was raised to the top of my list out of all of the Pokemon games. Although it could never beat Leaf Green or Alpha Sapphire, the game did have it's amazing qualities. I was a little upset that they are taking out some aspects of the game, but I somewhat understand why they did these things. Below are some of the things I liked and disliked about the new game. Though I do have slim to none dislikes for this amazing game!
Liked:
Removal of HMs:
I LOVED that they finally got rid of these things! I always hated when I had to have specific Pokemon in my party just to get around the map. I'm not the type of person to have 6 different kinds in my party. I like to stick to one or two types, maybe it's not the best strategy, but it's something I like to do. I loved them making it to where you have different Pokemon for certain each special move. My absolute favorite is the use of Charizard for flying, since he was organically always my starter.
Festival Plaza:
I honestly didn't know about this feature until a week or so after the release. I was in math class with my friend Nick and saw him walking about his Plaza and he finally showed me about the feature. I eventually added him to my VIP list and I am already logging onto it everyday. I do like the dye shops because I can show my Team Mystic spirit with this! It's an amazing feature to be in contact with other players and also win fun prizes through the lottery!
Trials:
This is on the absolute top of my list for what I love about this game! Changing it all up on me, Game Freak really pulled one on me this time! Throughout the entire first island, I was waiting for them to lead me to the first gym, but then I realized our gym was actually the new Grand Trial. I love new aspects and I'm all for making the games different from one another. It was honestly great to have a brand new adventure to withhold.

Fishing Poles:
Such a minor change to the game, yet it absolutely broke my heart! I don't know why but I always loved running throughout the map and finding all of my poles from old to super! I don't really understand why this urkes me but I just miss being able to get my poles and fish wherever I want, I don't like the designated fishing areas anymore.
That's honestly it! I dislike nothing else about this game, it is almost perfect. If only they wouldn't have gotten rid of my little quirk with fishing poles! To add on to the amazing things in this game, they have my favorite Pokemon (Ghastly) in some of the very early levels! Hope you have it and enjoy playing!
