An Open Letter To My Apartment

Dear Apartment 1119,

Guys, it has been one hell of a ride this semester. Its crazy to think that in practically a week we will all be packing up cars and going home for the semester and returning in Jaunary. Its truly been a privilege to live with all of you and I couldn't of asked for a better family.

1) Thanks for making me smile everyday.

Whenever I was in a bad mood or pissed off about something I know I can count on you guys to bring my smile back to my face. Whenever I wake up and see one of you guys I just get happy. I am sure going to miss that next semester.

2) Thanks for all the laughs

I know if I came to sit out in the common room one of you guys will make my start hysterically laughing. Or when you guys tell me to take a shot every time I mention going to Spain.

3) Thanks for always giving me confidence

If I am or was struggling with something or someone I know I can count on you guys to give me encouragement and keep up my positivity.


To the five wonderful girls that I have had the pleasure to live with this semester its been real guys. Take loads of care of each other while I am I away and remember to keep the party alive for me. Make sure to take notes on everything that happens in your lives throughout your semesters, because when they're through I am gonna wanna hear all about them!


I never knew how wonderful my home away from home would truly be.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
