To my morning cup of coffee,

First of all, I just want to say that I love you a latte. You're the perfect start to each day. You, my first cup of delicious coffee, get every day started on the right foot. I know it's going to be a brew-tiful day!

As soon as I take the first sip, I feel like a better person. I'm awake. I'm motivated. I'm happy.

You've gotten me through many rough mornings, lack of sleep, study sessions, and countless homework assignments. For that, I couldn't thank you enough.

You've been the guest of Sunday morning conversations, morning commutes, and breakfast in bed. It doesn't matter if you're ordered at a coffee shop, an on-campus coffee shop, Starbucks, or just brewed out of my Keurig, you're amazing.

When you're in one of my favorite mugs, I love curling up in my bed, sleepy eyes and all, and enjoying the aroma while watching morning TV.

Thank you for being so dependable, Thank you for helping me through the crunch times college brings. Thank you for always making me feel better.

You're the best.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.
