Dear Woman at the Donald Trump Rally,

I think that it is due time that we discuss why you are choosing to vote for Trump. I mean, there has to be a justified reason why you would choose to vote for a guy who has time and time again proved his misogynistic views. Possibly you're unaware of all of his sexist comments. In an article by the Huffington Post titled "18 Real Things Donald Trump Has Actually Said About Women," we're given a great insight into his thoughts on women. He has been quoted calling a lawyer "disgusting" for asking to be excused to pump breast milk for her child. "All of the women on 'The Apprentice' flirted with me -- consciously or unconsciously. That's to be expected," Trump said. He even tweeted this contradiction,

I would honestly, really truly like to know why you still are going to choose to vote for this man despite these remarks among many more.

Did you know that Trump once said that he believes women should be punished for having abortions? That's right. While he did not specify what kind of punishment, he is suggesting that he would fine, imprison, or do god-knows-what to women who had legal abortions. Did you know that he has thought about his daughter in a sexual way? Many Trump voters do not support transgender bathroom policies because they believe "perverts" will be close to their daughters. Yet, they are willing to put a man in the White House who has sexualized his own daughter. He is quoted saying, "I've said if Ivanka wasn't my daughter, perhaps I'd be dating her."

I would like you to take the time to go through the crude comments that Trump has made towards or about women. I want you to go through these and think, "Would I be okay with him saying these things to me or my daughter?" If the answer is no, then maybe you should rethink your vote.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
