Last year, when Donald Trump was asked about women and some of the demeaning comments that he has made in the past, Trump responded with: "I cherish women. I want to help women. I’m going to be able to do things for women that no other candidate would be able to do." As you read this quote, you probably responded in the same way that I did. You rolled your eyes and sarcastically said, "Yeah, right."

The truth is, Trump is pure entertainment and he has built his image and empire off of criticizing women. However, talking about Donald Trump just fuels his power. For every Trump quote that targets women and makes a young girl somewhere around the world feel demeaned, there is an inspiring quote and photograph of a woman kicking ass and taking names to go with it. It is important to remember that Donald Trump is just a man who has been given a microphone by the media to say whatever he wants.
