I've known you for two years now, and we've been friends since day one. I remember coming to college with no friends and no idea how I was going to make it through school. I remember sitting in a meeting before school started, and you saying you had the same major as I did. I decided at that moment we would be friends, and I was right. Now, it's been two years and next summer I will be the maid of honor at your wedding. It's amazing how much has changed in such a short amount of time. You, especially, have experienced a lot of upheaval in your life over the last few months, and I'm happy to say our friendship has not been lost.

It seems that over the last couple of months we have really grown closer together. I know that you’re always there for me, and I hope you know that I’ll always be there for you. It's pretty convenient that you live directly behind me. You always know if I'm home we can do things. And when we go out to eat or to concerts, it's always easier to pile everyone in one car.

Thank you for welcoming my boyfriend into your lives. John, if you're reading this, we've already decided you and Seth are best friends. Whether you like it or not. I love our Mario Party and pizza dates that we have each week where we spend the majority of our time laughing and not actually playing. Remember that time we tried to play Monopoly, got through two turns and then began talking. You know the friendship is real when you do nothing but laugh.

As for John, thanks for always being there to give me advice when I need it. We seriously had a "Lexi Advice Chat" so you guys could act as my stand-in parents when I needed help. You've always gone out of your way to make sure that I am okay simply because I am Marisa's friend. She is a lucky woman to have you in her life. So don't mess it up. Because if you do, I'll have to go crazy. That being said, I thank you for your support of me. Thanks for always being down to go get desserts when I'm upset. I think I've been to Muddy Monkey with you and Marisa more than I've ever been there with anyone else combined. So thank you both. For everything. And you're never allowed to stop being my friend because you both know too much about my life.
