About to hit the slopes for the first time? Skiing can be one of the most fun or most stressful experiences, especially if it is your first time. Here is a step-by-step guide on learning how to ski as told by New Girl.
1. You first get your ski boots and think, "How the hell do I put these things on? More importantly, how do I walk?"

2. You make it to the top of the mountain and you have to figure out how to get your boots into the skis.

3. You meet your ski instructor. He takes you down the bunny slope for the first time and tells you to relax and follow his lead.

4. After a couple of runs down the bunny slope, he asks if you are ready for a green run.

5. You go the first few feet down the hill and you feel like a pro.

6. Then you fall. But your group doesn't notice, and they keep skiing.

7. In an attempt to get up, you fall again. Your ski instructor comes to help and asks if you're okay.

8. A few runs down the greens and you're feeling good. He thinks you are ready for some blues. You approach the first steep hill and think, "What have I gotten myself into?"
