As Spring Break approaches, many people take a break from their studies at school and travel to Los Angeles, California. Ah, LA, a city filled with amazing places to eat, sunshine, amusement parks, and amazing shops. Since I live near this amazing city, I've had my fair share of visiting the most famous spots and trying the most urban restaurants. However, over the past year, I noticed that the new hype around Los Angeles seems to be finding beautifully painted walls and taking pictures with them. I'm not going to lie, I've done this before, and I must say, it's very fun and your Instagram feed looks amazing with all these different murals. Here's a list of my favorite walls around LA.
1. The Global Angel Wings Project Wall
Yes, I know the wings look like they're coming out of my head... Variations of these wings have been painted around the world by artist Colette Miller. Four different wing murals are located in Los Angeles. This one happens to be painted on the wall of St. Regis Wine & Liquor near the Beverly Center.
2. The Paul Smith Wall
As probably one of the most Instagrammed spots in Los Angeles, this Paul Smith store is unique because it is the only Paul Smith store to have all pink walls. Because all the walls are painted this lovely shade of pink, you'll never have to wait for your turn to take a picture on the wall!
3. The Love Wall
Located in Culver City, this wall also has been seen in different locations around the world. This is a very popular photo spot for couples, duh, and the wall often changes from the red background to a white background with red writing.
4. Made in LA Wall
Located on the wall of Cisco Home, a furniture store, this mural is very popular for those who weren't even made in LA. Nonetheless, this is a very popular spot for pictures and would great in color or a black and white filter.
5. Venice Beach Wall Murals
