Well, New England girls, it was inevitable. The New England Patriots traded Jimmy Garappolo to the 49ers. He is going to be all the way across the country now, and we will miss him. It is a tragedy for New Englanders, but a tremendous gain for San Franciscans. Not only are they getting a quarterback who is eager and ready to play, but they are getting a QB who is hotter than summer in the desert. So, what do we New England girls do now? It isn't a total loss. I have compiled a list of things we can get excited about in the wake of the Garappolo trade.
1. We still have the best looking team in the league.
Brady. Gronk. Amendola. Edelman. Hogan. That's just to name a few.
2. We have Tom Brady – the greatest quarterback of all time, and a football god.
He isn’t just an amazing player, but he also isn’t bad to look at. I mean, he landed a Victoria’s Secret model. He always acts professional and classy, and his Instagram posts? Amazing. We’re lucky to have him.
3. We will keep winning Super Bowls.
I mean, we’re the Patriots. We might not win every year, but we win the most.
4. There are puppies.
I mean... just look at them!
5. Puppies grow up to be dogs.
And if you don't like dogs, why are you here?
6. All New England teams kick a**.
2002, 2004, 2006, 2007, 2011, 2013, 2017… Plus, we are the most loyal fans, and we root our hearts out for our teams.
7. Christmas is next month.
Sure, Christmas is stressful, but… it’s Christmas…
8. Boobs.
All different shapes. All different sizes. All wonderful.
9. Tequila.
Tequila is good for you. It helps you lose weight. It kicks the common cold’s butt. And, have you ever done tequila shots? They’re great.
10. Our President is about to get in big a** trouble with all this Russian stuff.
I sound so political, right? Point is, sh*t is going to go down!
11. New cuties are training to be in the NFL everyday…
And every April, teams are getting ready to draft new eye candy for the up coming season. There are plenty of Garappolos' to be drafted in 2018.
12. Jimmy G. will get to play, and that means he’ll be getting paid big…
So he can spoil me even more than he could as a Patriot. Ya know, if I ever make it to San Francisco, California.
In all seriousness, congrats, Jimmy G. You are going to kick some serious a** with your new team. Just remember, you'll never be able to beat the almighty Patriots, but I am sure you know that after winning two rings with our fantastic team.
