We live in a world where our society tells us that it's not okay to show any emotion unless we are happy. It seems like it is hard for people to address their emotions, and everyone tries their hardest to keep everything behind closed doors. But we're human. Nobody's perfect and it is okay that everyone has their breaking point.

It's okay to be sad and to cry if you think it is needed. It's okay to be angry and want to find a way to let out your anger. It's okay to be stressed and frustrated about life. It's okay to not understand what is going on or why something happened. This world is not meant to be rainbows and butterflies every single day.

If you need to release all those feelings that you are feeling, it is okay. Go ahead and do it. It is not okay to keep things bottled up all the time. Find a friend and talk things out. Go for a run. Take a nap. Do something.

It's okay to have emotions. Never feel as if feeling something makes you anything less than amazing. You were put on this earth for something and it wasn't for you to be cold-hearted and emotionless. Don't let anyone ever tell you that you are anything less of a person for feeling angry or sad.

Emotions are meant to be felt and expressed. If this wasn't the case, we wouldn't have them. Go find your place in this world, but do it with your emotions along the way.
