It’s a perfect place to visit with family, or to go on a date with someone special. They have delicious classic flavors like pistachio and coffee. The toppings are phenomenal. I recommended the chocolate coating half dipped with sprinkles. Just a note to plan for parking challenges – little spaces and lots of crowding.
2. Yogurt Crazy, Multiple locations on Long Island, N.Y.
You need to check out this fun and colorful self-serve yogurt store. The flavors are always changing and the yogurt is fresh. The toppings are endless, and the rich, creamy yogurt is to die for. They serve traditional yogurt as well as non-fat yogurt. It’s the perfect way to enjoy delicious yogurt while promoting a healthy life-style. The toppings range from sweets to different fresh fruit options. It’s the perfect place to enjoy a tasty ice cream in a relaxed and family friendly environment.
3. Gooseberry Grove, Oyster Bay, N.Y.
This cute ice cream shop is the perfect place to spend time with your family. They have original ice cream, soft serve and sherbets. They’re famous for their shakes, floats and Belgian waffle sundaes. The atmosphere is fun; they have a legendary player piano and video games to enjoy. It’s the perfect place to experience yummy ice cream and have an enjoyable time.

If you know Long Island, then you know of Ralph’s Famous Italian Ices. Ralph’s is known for its delectable Italian ice selections along with their tasty ice creams and shakes. It only takes one visit to Ralph’s and I promise you’ll be addicted.

There are more than 30 flavors of ice cream and they’re well known for their Super Sock Hop Sundae. It’s sure to knock your socks off. If you’re in the area then you need to check out this adorable ice cream shop. There is nothing quite like it.

This ice cream shop was founded in 1925. Ever since then they've been giving people exactly the ice cream they are looking for. Their fruity ice cream is made from local fruit. It’s the perfect little place to enjoy genuine homemade ice cream.
7. Hicksville Sweet Shop, Hicksville, N.Y.

This delicious ice cream bar is the perfect place to enjoy homemade ice cream. The owners make their own ice cream, syrup, chocolate and sauces. It’s delicious and one of a kind.

This cute parlor is the perfect place to sit and relax with delicious ice cream. It also features great milkshakes served by friendly employees. If you’re going on the weekend, I recommended getting there early because they get crowded fast. The outdoor seating and music is a popular feature. It’s a great place to satisfy a sugar craving.
