Grab a bite at one of the restaurants at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park. Enjoy the fresh fall fruits and vegetables prepared by the future of culinary artistry. The choices of local products is limitless. At the American Bounty Restaurant, and I would highly recommend grabbing a Salted Caramel & Coconut doughnut from the Apple Pie Bakery Café.

The Saugerties Light house is a hidden treasure. The view is beautiful and the best time to visit is at sundown when the water is low.
