I'm not saying tinder is for everyone but some people just don't know how to use it. I know I know, using a dating app isn't suppose to be hard but sometimes us girls just make the wrong choices when swiping. Such a strange concept, swiping, to have a conversation with someone specifically a attractive man who loves his mother. Anyway I digress and would like to offer you girls some guidance. Listen to me. Don't listen to me. It's your choice, I'm just here to help!
If you're a girl and interested in guys...here how to decide if you should swipe left or right:
If he’s smoking a cigarette in all of his pictures….swipe left.
If figuring out which one he is in his pictures is like playing a game of Where’s Waldo…swipe left.
If he plays baseball…swipe right.
If he only has shirtless selfies…swipe left.
If he has a dog (literally any type of dog) in his pics….swipe right.
If his bio contains a quote from The Office…..swipe right.
If all of his pictures are with obviously drunk girls.....swipe left.
If he has multiple pictures of his car....just why? We want to see your face, not your car...swipe left.
If he has pictures surrounded by children building a home and doing volunteer work....swipe mega right.
If his bio says he’s only on Tinder for sex….bye. (Unless you're into that. You do you girl.)
If you're a guy on Tinder, here are the keys to success:
Have one really good face picture (no it cannot be a selfie). You should know what a selfie is let alone take one.
Have one picture that shows you doing a hobby- sports, traveling, hiking, etc.
If you really want to swing the ladies, have a picture with you and a cute animal (specifically dogs. Ladies love fluffy animals.)
DO NOT have all pictures of you and your ex-girlfriend. Just no.
Include a funny bio- maybe a quote from a show you like, some fun facts about yourself; this gives you and your matches immediately something to talk about.
Include your school and your job- ladies love a well-educated and hardworking man.
THE MOST IMPORTANT KEY: Make sure everything in your bio is grammatically correct. I stand for all women when I say that I have no problem swiping left on someone who incorrectly uses the wrong version of there, their, or they're.
Above all, remember that Tinder is really just for fun. Some people have crappy pictures and might be really awesome, and some people look flawless and are actually a**holes. Never judge a book by it's cover- get to know people based on their bio and their conversation with you. They may not be your cup of tea but they may be someone else's. There's more than the eye can see!
