If you're anything like me, you can't resist The Avengers. It could be because both Chris Hemsworth and Chris Evans are gorgeous. It could be because comic book movies are action-packed, with the occasional comic relief. Whatever you enjoy about them, have you ever thought of who The Avengers would pledge if they each went Greek? Here is my opinion on where your favorite superheroes would end up after fraternity and sorority recruitment.
1. Tony Stark (Iron Man): Kappa Sigma Fraternity
Let's face it— if anyone would pledge Kappa Sigma, it would be Tony Stark. He's the life of the party and knows how to have a good time, but he can also get things done and stand by his friends.
2. Steve Rodgers (Captain America): Kappa Alpha Order
I can't think of a more American fraternity than KA and there is no one more American than Captain America. Plus, he would just look dashing in crimson and old gold.
3. Thor: Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity
Down-to-earth— literally, from a hammer— Thor would be a perfect Pike. He is loyal and funny. He's also kind of a Norse god. Thor would blend right in with his Pike brothers, with his bright smile and a "Pike It Up" attitude.
4. Natasha Romanov (Black Widow): Sigma Sigma Sigma Sorority
Natasha is a total Tri Sigma. She's feminine and loves a good time, but she also knows how to hold her own. Natasha likes to play with Hawkeye's children, too, which is similar to one of the organization's philanthropic themes, "Sigma Serves Children."
5. Clint Barton (Hawkeye): Sigma Nu Fraternity
Militaristic and loyal to his core, Hawkeye would make a perfect Sigma Nu. If you ain't snake (or hawk). . .
6. Bruce Banner (Hulk): Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity
Bruce Banner is a Pi Kapp and there is no doubt about it. He's the one who speaks the truth when no one else wants to hear it and he knows how to have fun (even when he is Code Green).
7. Nick Fury: Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.
If he ever went Greek, Colonel Fury would quickly rise through the ranks and be the one and only Alpha. Who wouldn't want the butt-kicking Nick Fury as your leader?
Let's just enjoy the thought that, if The Avengers went to college, they would rep these letters as proudly as we do.
