Why a Girls Night Out is Essential

A G.N.O or Girls Night Out, gives many girls a chance to relax and be stress free for a whole night. Having a G.N.O is so important because you get to catch up with your closest girl friends and get to have a night full of singing at the top of your lungs, dancing, and a lot of laughs. A girls night out is a must-have for these essential reasons.

1. Dancing it Out

Whether you are in your basement or at a club, having a night to dance with your closest girl friends really takes all the stress from your past week or even month away. Being surrounded by loud music and not having to worry about anything is one of the best feelings for anyone. Dancing it out is a proven stress reducing method from various Rom-Coms and is a must have at your girls night out.

2. Getting to Catch Up

Sometimes time slips away from you and you can go around two or three weeks without seeing your friends, especially when school work and your job start to get too much to handle. This night out will be the perfect opportunity for you and all your friends to tell each other what has been happening in their every day lives. You can tell all of your friends what happened to you last week at work, or fill them in on the cute guy that you made eye contact with three days ago. Having these girls night outing can make you feel as though you guys haven't been apart for long.


3. Karaoke Nights

Who doesn't love a to go to a local bar on their karaoke night? You and your group of friends can sit around and laugh at each other ruin your favorite throw back songs. Doing this can create some unforgettable memories, especially when all of you go up to sing a classic song like "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun".


4. Movie Nights

When you and your friends don't feel like going out to town, but would rather relax and hangout with each other, having a movie night is the perfect solution. Movie nights will be amazing to eat your favorite pint of ice cream without any regrets. It will also help you have a great laugh or a good cry with all your closest friends around, giving you a cozy and home-like feeling. A movie night with all your friends is a must.


5. Vent Sessions

Being surrounded by all of your friends, you can finally just let out all of your feelings without feeling judged. You will be able to scream, cry, or even both about whatever you want, and you will know that you'll have a great support group there for you. Sometimes hearing the words, "No you're right, I would freak out too if I were you" are exactly what you need to hear to know you haven't gone crazy. Venting to your friends will help you get out any anger, stress, or even guilt about any situation; making you feel instantly better after you get their inputs.



A G.N.O is clearly essential for every women's sanity, being surrounded by all your best friends without a care in the world is one of the best feelings anyone could experience.
