Let's face it, I'm not everyone's cup of tea.

I'm the girl who is a textbook definition of sassy. I love the way I feel after a shot of whiskey. I am loud. Too loud, if you ask most people. I like curse words and fluently speak sarcasm. My opinion of myself will always be more relevant than other's criticism. Most of all, I take great pleasure in my confidence and the hard work it took to get me to this place.

I'm definitely the girl your mama warned you about.

She probably told you to watch out because I'm wild. My independence and passion scare her. She sees my carefree spirit as something that will become bored easily.

I understand why I scare your mama, but there's so much more to me.

You see, your mama may have noticed my confidence, but she didn't look past my surface. I'll bet she didn't know that when I love, I love deeply. I don't play games. When I'm with you, it's only you. I'm not here to break your heart. I'm not looking for others guys. It's you and only you.

One thing is certain: I'll drive you absolutely crazy. There will be days where I'm a lot of work. Even tough girls have insecurities and fears. I'm far from perfect and I am more than willing to accept my shortcomings. But, there is no one who will love you better. For as long as you love me (and longer) I will be here. I will be your best friend and your biggest fan. The girl your mama worried about is the girl who is ready to share something great with you. A lifetime of adventure. Days upon days filled with memories. The greatest story we have ever experienced. We were both fine before we entered each other's lives, but are better together. Once your mama sees this, she'll see exactly why we're meant to be.

I'm not changing, that's for sure. But, I'm also not going anywhere.
