Girls I know the feeling but I promise you are never alone.
I know the feeling of being alone. I also know the feeling of having as many people as possible to be there for you. When things get rough, you think of reasons to be more depressed. When you get more depressed, you think of reasons you shouldn't be here. One thing you know you could never do is end it. You think you can but in all reality you are scared. Thats never a bad thing because what if you did end it? What about family? What would they tell your distant family? What would they tell your best friend? What would they tell them your reason was?
They didn't know your reasoning and they never will. We all think that everyone would be better without us, but they would be worse. Think about the future before you make a permanent decision off of a temporary feeling. You may not believe me but I promise you it is temporary and you can get yourself out of feeling this way. From now on, you make yourself know; that will be okay, that you will go to school with a smile, that you will pick your head up. I want you to know that you are not the only one feeling this way.
There are thousands of people who are depressed and go through the similar things you do. I never knew i had people there for me until they told me there were or i went to them for advice. Some people will listen to you and others won't but you can't ever take it personally because everyone has their own problems.
You may think that people will see you as needy or attention wanting when really you just ant someone to listen to you and be there for you and you'll get that someone. I have many friends who told me they are there for me if I need them so when I need them i got to them. Also, never be afraid if you want to talk to a counselor.
Ask your parents about it and see what they say. If they say no then try talking to one of your friends. If they say yes then please open up to your counselor or else they can't help you ate all. Just remember these things; you can have help if you want it, you have to realize that you will be okay, you have to ask or else you will never know. You are beautiful in every single way. Don't let anyone out you down for the way you are.
Ways to cope:
1. Listen to Music
2. Talk to someone about what's going on
3. Eat fruit
4. Get active
5. Read more
6. Sleep more (I sleep all the time)
7. Try relaxation techniques
8. Write a diary
9. Set goals for the future
You are never alone. Someone will always be there for you even if you think you have no one.
