Ah, finals week... Where the stress of the semester has accumulated into a single event. Studying and mentally preparing, to take at least five exams on information that you have learned over the past five months takes a lot of work. Even though Finals is an extremely stressful time in our lives, it's important to take some time for yourself. Make time to de-stress, and relax throughout the stress-filled week. Go to the gym, watch a youtube video or simply walk around campus, it's important to stay energized and ready for the week ahead. Though many like to make jokes about pulling all-nighters before 8 a.m. finals, I would advise not to. Sleep is one of the most important things and can make or break your finals week. Remember: study hard, de-stress whenever you can and success is bound to follow you!
