Congratulations, friends! You've almost made it to summer! The only thing standing in between you and your really cute dog/cat/turtle is... finals.

Fear not! There is no need to panic! Our favorite absorbent, yellow, and porous friend, SpongeBob, is going to share some finals week hacks that could make life a little better for you.
1. Tackle that term paper early.
You don't want to be up until the wee hours of the morning working when you could be getting precious sleep! Because, well, sleep.

2. Don't try to learn by osmosis.
DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME! You'll most likely end up with a damaged face AND grade.

3. Bring snacks to the library!
I don't recommend that you eat your own hand like Patrick, but maybe something that will give you some extra brain power. Pro tip: avoid loud snack wrappers that will annoy others that are trying to study! Seriously, loud eaters are the worst.

4. Go to review sessions.
You never know if the professor is going to give you some insight on what will be on the exam. A little extra preparation never hurt anyone!

5. Remember to take breaks.
While it is very important to thoroughly prepare, taking breaks is key. Studying for too-long periods can actually be detrimental. If you are noticing a lack of concentration or rising frustration, maybe watch an episode of your favorite show on Netflix!

6. Don't let the Squidwards out there ruin your mood!
Also, don't be a Squidward. A negative attitude isn't going to make anything easier during this stressful time. Serve up some smiles, y'all!

7. Take care of yourself.
I'm talking about bathing regularly and not wearing your "I haven't done laundry in 2 months" clothes. You'll feel fierce walking into those finals if you are smelling fresh and are dressed for success.
Do you want to look like this? I didn't think so.

8. Be confident!
Walk into that exam like you are going to ace it. Embrace your inner sponge and say, "I'M READY!"

9. Make a smooth exit after handing in that exam.
There's something terrible about being glared at by dozens of people who are trying to concentrate. Avoid a loud departure by having everything zipped up before the exam begins or even packing everything up outside of the room. Once that door closes behind you, you are FREE!

10. CELEBRATE!
After months of homework, group projects, papers, and presentations, you are free! Go forth and enjoy your summer!
