1. The Fear of the Unknown
Our brains have this want for knowledge. We want to know what will happen, so that we can plan for it. Without this sense of security, we feel anxious and lost. We are afraid to think that life could get any worse than it is now. We are scared we do not have the ability to control future situations. Therefore, we give up.
2. The Want to not Take Action
We like to hide our problems deep inside, letting them bottle up to explode later on in life. Therefore, the problem seems to grow and find it's way to the surface. The thought building up causing our minds to overthink the situation. One day we will learn that we were wrong to hold it all in
3. It's a Necessary Part of Life
Fear is a common reaction in the body. Fear keeps us pushing to do what we want with our life. It just screams, WHAT IF YOU DON'T WIN?!
Many times we look at the future, and all we can picture is distruction. This is often found in the moments we are feeling down with ourselves and the good comes when problems are resolved. The future is something we all have to deal with and under no circumstances can we let it get the best of us. If we let our fear of the future completely run our life, we would drive ourselves into the ground, and that is more fear overall than just fear of the future. I feel like in a way, fear drives us to be better people. We are more likely to push ourselves, make relationships with those that can help us overcome our fear and to express ourselves. Also in a way, it is horrible. We bottle it all up, we feel anxious doing what we love, and we often doubt ourselves and others and we shouldn't...
