Summer is coming to an end, but that means that fall is almost here! There are so many things that make everyone excited about fall. Here are some of my favorite things about fall!

1. The colors.

The beautiful colors of Fall. The changing colors of the leaves and pretty looks of the photos taken.

2. Fall photo shoots.

Fall photo shoots are always a must. The best pictures can be taken in the pretty colors in the leaves, trees, and nature around us.

3. The leaves and jumping in leaves.

Jumping in leaves may be a little kid thing, but it doesn't mean you can't do it! The fun crunchy noise of them as you jump into them and the fun it brings.

4. Pumpkins, Halloween, candy. Oh my!

Halloween is a time for fun, excitement, and candy of course! How can someone not love carving a funny face into a pumpkin and showing it off to the neighborhood?

5. Caramel apples.

All I can say is yum.

6. Apple Orchards.

Gather up the best apples and enjoy the freshness of them. They are the best when they are picked right from the trees!

7. Autumn smells.

The welcoming smells of fall. Walking into a store with fall smells all around you, you can't help but want to enjoy everything the store has to offer.

8. Cozy sweaters, boots and scarves!

My favorite fashion season is fall.

9. Corn mazes.

Test your skills on the maze to see if you can make it out without too many headaches!

10. ValleyScare if you are in Minnesota!

ValleyScare offers screams and excitement and always enjoyable! It can be a bit scary, so be warned.

11. Scary/Horror/Ghost/Halloween Movies.

The movies are always fun time for anyone!

12. 13 Nights of Halloween on FreeForm.

The Halloween movies may be a bit cheesy, but you can't say you don't enjoy them!

13. Pumpkin Spice Latte.

The basic fall drink for anyone who loves indulging in the fall drink fun!

14. Hot Chocolate.

Hot chocolate is one of my favorite things to drink during the colder months. It is so yummy and warm!

15. Football Season.

If you are a big football person, you know fall is your favorite season.

16. Bonfires and s'mores!

Cuddled up next to a fire with you friends, what is more enjoyable! The yumminess of the s'mores and the coziness you fell when you are around your friends and family.

There is much to enjoy about the fall season. Make sure to enjoy them while they last!

Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

Top 10 Reasons My School Rocks!

Why I Chose a Small School Over a Big University.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
