Trying different cuisines is immensely imperative to fully exploring the spice of life! As an adventurous foodie, I exquisitely relish in trying various types of cuisines and seem to like almost all of them! Honestly, my favorites are Indian and Chinese as I have been brought up in a household with an interplay of these two cultures. In addition, I'm a huge fan of seafood like shrimp, salmon, and lobster. I strongly believe that following the healthy eating plate and the food pyramid should be adhered to consistently on a regular basis!
The healthy eating plate ensures that you are receiving all the nutrition that you will need to remain full and active for longer durations. Once we embark upon the task of trying new and unique cuisines from around the world, we tend to learn more about the vast array of cultural attributes that have been inculcated in the Western world. As a matter of fact, according to CNN, most of the popular foods that we love and are addicted to immigrated from overseas. For instance, our top most favorite French Fries have originated from Belgium or Dutch and the classic slice of pizza came from Italy. It is really remarkable how so many of our favorite everyday meals have been amalgamated into American dishes and how they are products of numerous cultures instead of just one!
A different cuisine transports you to a whole new world where you can delve into the mixed flavors of a single dish. Furthermore, I enjoy eating soup because it is a special and soothing treat that adds to the main entree. Some examples of soups that I recommend outside of the very famous "Chicken noodle soup" would be Lentil soup, Minestrone, and Thai soup. Soups are the dynamic surplus which enhances a meal's quality and quantity. In other words, it adds its own sprinkle of delicious flavor into the entire meal. Thus, the more you aspire to increase the intensity of your taste buds, the more lively your interaction with various cultures will turn out to be!
