You can't live your life waiting for things to happen to you. Living your life in passing waiting for things to change for you isn't living, it's merely existing. In order to live your life, you have to be proactive about it. If you don’t like your current situation or the way things are going for you, change them. Complaining and waiting around only does so much — if anything at all.

If you want real change, real results, you have to take your life into your own hands and make the change happen. The changes don't have to be large or substantial, the small changes will add up, but you can’t just stay stuck where you are. I get that there are extenuating circumstances that makes changing things hard or nearly impossible but even being proactive about one small thing can make a difference. Once you start somewhere, things will fall into place, you just have to start. Stop waiting, stop complaining, stop existing and start living. Be the change you want in your own life. Don't let your life pass you by while waiting for things to look up or change. Be proactive and live your life. I think it's important to understand that if you feel like you're floating around in a daze, then you're existing not living.

If you're stuck in a place where things are bad, act upon those negative feelings and do something so you're not stuck in a cycle of things not getting better. Transform those negative feelings into something positive, even if it's small. The change may not happen overnight, or in a week, or even a month but it will happen and doing something is a whole lot better than waiting around doing nothing. Ask yourself, are you living or are you just merely existing? If your answer is existing, start changing little things and see what happens. I am sure you will start seeing positive changes you like. You can be in charge of your own life and the way you live it so it's not just passing you by. You can live your life to the absolute fullest you just have to start somewhere. So take this as your sign to start, and start today and see what happens. Everything will fall into line, I know it.
