You Are Beautiful, You Are Smart, You Are Good Enough

As a young adult, I have struggled with truly loving myself and finding those great qualities about myself that make me who I am. I have been on so many of these 'self-love' journeys but never truly found that love for myself until this year. I found that I am beautiful, I am intelligent, I am good enough to get that job. Basically, I learned that I am enough! It really is so hard to find that love and happiness about yourself so this is here to remind you that you are enough.

You are Beautiful

If you are struggling with thinking that you are beautiful, then every day find one thing about your appearance that you love. Like, today I really like my eyebrows and the next day would be that I really like how these jeans sho

w off my waist line. Something this small can really change the way you look at yourself. I personally have a note on my mirror that says "I Am Beautiful" and this has also changed the way I viewed myself. It made me really see the beauty in looks.

You are Smart

Regardless of what society tries to tell you, you are smart enough. You are smart enough to get that high school diploma. You are smart enough to get that college degree in engineering or pre-medical studies. You are smart enough to get that job you have set your heart on forever. You are smart enough to win a Nobel Prize. You can do it and all you have to do is believe that you can too. A positive attitude is half the battle. Once you believe you can do it, you will be ready to conquer the world with that brilliant mind of yours.

You are Good Enough

Don't let anyone tell you that you aren't. If anything, you are too much for them to handle and they were not ready to take on your beautiful self. You are good enough to conquer anything that life throws at you. You are such a strong person who just needs that reminder that you are enough. Remind yourself daily about how brilliantly wonderful you are and you will have a whole new outlook on life!
