1. You need to constantly broadcast your accomplishments.
Because you fear that people cannot take you seriously otherwise.
"I went to the Wharton School of Business. I'm, like, a really smart person."
And when you brag, you say you’re not bragging.
"I'm proud of my net worth; I've done an amazing job...The total is $8,737,540,000 USD. I'm not doing that to brag, because you know what, I don't have to brag."
2. You have to bring down others to bring yourself up.
You call people by words like "loser," "hater," "lightweight," and "dummy" and add "little" in front of their names.
"Sorry losers and haters, but my I.Q. is one of the highest- and you all know it! Please don't feel so stupid or insecure, it's not your fault!"
The inferiority of others makes a great contrast to your superiority.
"No, sadly you are very dumb- but probably born that way."
3. You are very swift to defend yourself.
And you don’t see the irony when you do so. Here is how to brag about humility:
"You're not known to be a humble man, but I wonder-"
"I think I am actually humble. I think I am much more humble than you would understand."
Sometimes the swiftest retort is to dismiss your opponent as stupid.
"These are stupid people that say, 'Oh didn't Trump declare bankruptcy? Didn't he go bankrupt?' I didn't go bankrupt."
4. You challenge Secretary of State Rex Tillerson to an I.Q. match in response to 'fake news' that he called you a "moron."
"And I can tell you who is going to win."
We all know someone like this: Donald Trump.
