Clouds certainly aren't just for the sky. No, we can make clouds too ... just in a different way. I'm talking about the modern hobby known as "vaping." What started out simply as a way to kick the nasty habit of smoking cigarettes, vaping is now extremely prevalent in our society as a hobby: building the best mods to make the biggest water vapor clouds or simply just collecting all the different types of vape gear.
Having a boyfriend who is strongly into the "vape scene," I've picked up quite a bit of information, whether I actually wanted to or not. I used to simply view vaping as nothing but cool smoke tricks — to be honest, I still dig a good smoke trick — but now I see there is a lot more to it than just that. In fact, it's a whole world of itself — a world filled with clouds.
Walk into your average vape shop and you see lines and lines of different juice flavors ranging from sweet and savory to fruity to some questionable ones that you have no idea what they're supposed to be, glass cases holding different mods like the classic vape pen and various box mods, boxes containing shiny RBAs (re-buildable atomizers) or drippers, colorful mouthpieces ... it's like a candy store for vapors everywhere. They don't have what you're looking for? No big deal, they can definitely order it for you. But other than the fact the store has all your vaping needs lodged into one place, it's also a perfect chill spot to kick back, relax and puff some clouds. (Trust me, my boyfriend can stay in there for hours!)
Vaping can be a pastime for everyone, smokers included. The vape juice you select for yourself can contain however much nicotine content in it that you want. Non-smoker? Zero percent nicotine. Wanting to quit — 3 percent. Give zero effs about tobacco? Alright, 100 percent — go for it. Your lungs will not thank you, but whatever, it's your call. But get this, the lower the level of nicotine, the better this "vaping" thing is for your body. You're saving your lungs, one vape juice at a time. How rad is that? And you look pretty badass doing it. So vape on, and keep chasing those clouds.
