1. Mom Shaves Her Daughter's Hair For Bullying Cancer Patient
This is my first time watching this video and to be honest it was a bit disturbing. Now the supposed reason for this gross violation of privacy was because the girl bullied a cancer patient at school. Yet, this video appeared earlier on the Internet but instead of the girl being a bully, she just posted nudes online. It's hard to tell because the video is not in English but in Portuguese. Native Portuguese speakers, however, proclaim that this is not at all what happened either. The girl in this picture had sex with her boyfriend, prompting this reaction.
2. The Latest Round Of "Obama Is A Secret Muslim!"
Obama is not a Muslim. There is no convincing evidence that he is. Even if that were true, his drinking of alcoholic beverages and consumption of pork would make him the SHITTIEST Muslim on Earth. That being said, none of his children are either. Case in point of this latest picture of Michelle Obama supposedly hugging her daughter, a recent college graduate. Except the woman she is hugging isn't either Sasha nor Malia. In fact Malia just graduated high school and Sasha is 15 years old. So is this mystery woman that Michelle Obama is hugging? In fact it is none other than a recent City College graduate by the name of Orruba, who is the first in her family to go to college. Michelle Obama was giving her a congratulatory hug.
3. Elizabeth Warren Wants To Disarm Republicans
Another meme making the rounds is this quote attributed to Elizabeth Warren. Essentially shared among Republican and Conservative Facebook pages. Two reasons why this is not true. This is a actually a Joseph Stalin quote that has been reworded ("If the opposition disarms, well and good. If it refuses to disarm, we shall disarm it ourselves.") And there is no footage or voice recording of Warren saying this. As an added bonus, this has been shared primarily on pro-Donald Trump pages and is likely a fabrication due to Warren highly disapproving of Trump.
4. Judge Curiel Is Part Of Latino Ku Klux Klan Group
That kinda physically hurt me to write. Anyways Donald Trump has accused Judge Gonzalo Curiel (who is investigating the Trump University scandal) of being biased because he is Mexican-American and is part of a "pro-Mexican" group. This group is actually known as San Diego La Raza Lawyers Association, which is a fraternity of Latino lawyers and judges. Yet many pundits on the right say that this is essentially the Latino KKK, linking it to the National Council of La Raza. While they are associated to one another. The NCLR focuses on civil rights while the SDLRLA focuses on diversity in the law field. Neither of them can accurate be called the Latino KKK.
