Dear Future Husband,
Here are a few things you can expect from me during our happily ever after:
1. Dogs, and lots of them
Do not expect me to walk into an adoption center/ pet store and come out alone, I’m thinking 5 dogs at a time, but I can start off with three. But yes dogs are the way to my heart and odds are I will pick the dog over you 10/10 times.
2. Disney movies
At least once a week, regardless if we have kids or not. Also this is a big hint as to where I would like to go for vacations *cough*
3. Dance parties in my pajamas
Whether it’s to Flo Rida or any Spanish song, there will be several instances where you walk in on me dancing on the bed in my pajamas, you can join or simply walk away, I won’t be offended.
4. Breakfast food for all meals of the day
Waffles, eggs, pancakes, French toast, bagels, these are all fair game for breakfast, lunch, and dinner but I can also make Kraft Mac & Cheese if you-re feeling a little adventurous.
5. Lots of popcorn
It’s my go-to snack so be prepared for a house filled with the sweet sounds of corn popping
6. I will make you workout with me
Whether it’s a spin class, yoga, or Orange Theory I’ll try to convince you to join me, and if you refuse I’ll just take one of the dogs on a run but low-key be salty.
7. I will not always wait for you to watch the next episode
Whatever show we are bingeing together, if I’m super into it, please don’t get offended if I just keep watching without you, it’s an old habit.
8. Board games
Mainly word games like Bananagrams, Apples to Apples, but expect some Rumikub and Monopoly in there
9. I will steal all of your t-shirts/ sweatshirts
And because we are married I can say “I’m just borrowing it” but sooner or later they will have their own spot on my side of the closet. Love you!
10. Puzzles
I will have created my own puzzle area, we can do them together, but if I‘m not there so help me God if you mess with it.11. Hidden stash of chocolate
Don’t freak out if you find a random box hidden under the sink, its just my own stash of Hershey’s, M&Ms, and snickers.
12. Twitter DMs
I will continue to send funny memes through Twitter even when we are 65, and will probably reference old Vines at dinner.
13. Bad jokes
I’ve convinced myself that I am one of the funniest people on this earth, just go with it, whether it’s a bad pun, or really dumb joke a simple “lol” will suffice.
