Hillary Clinton: Corruption and Politics

From Benghazi to the Clinton foundation, and private emails and the silencing of her husbands rape victims, even lying about being under sniper fire when getting off a plane in Bosnia. If you want to know more about scandals through the Clinton foundation and other parts of Bill and Hillary's life just read Peter Schweizer's book "Clinton Cash" it truly opened my eyes. Hillary Clinton is nowhere close to short of controversy. In her time in politics, virtually none of it has been clean and many people think Hillary Clinton is a name synonymous with corruption. Even with countless acts of wrongdoing Hillary has somehow every time escaped prosecution.

The latest of these scandals coming to light through FBI investigations into Hillary and the use of her private email server. In this investigation, some things that Hillary did while in her position of Secretary of State came to light. The emails released showed that Hillary had directly lied about Benghazi, telling the families that the attack was because of a video, while later telling others that it was a pre planned and coordinated attack. There were then three major lies that came out after the FBI completed their investigation into Hillary and her email server. Hillary said the following three statements under oath and they were found to be false, which means Hillary Clinton directly committed perjury.

1. "Let me repeat what I have repeated for many months now, I never received nor sent any material that was marked classified." - this was proved false when FBI Director James Comey stated that 110 emails and 52 email chains contained information that was classified, with his direct quote being “That’s not true. … There was classified material emailed” this is a LIE under oath. But if this is not enough to convince, let's move on.

2. Hillary said she set up the private server so that she could limit her emails to using one device - this was proved false when the director while testifying before the House Oversight Committee said that “She used multiple devices.”

3. The third lie to point out is that Hillary stated she had returned all work related emails to those investigating. This also proved to be untrue when Director Comey “No, we found work-related emails, thousands that were not returned."

These three lies, as well as a host of others, were committed under oath. This, in fact, was perjury and is a blatant felony. So why does Hillary get off without any punishment, not having to face any consequences, while still being allowed to run for the highest office in the land? The answer is simple. Hillary Clinton is a corrupt politician, with people in the correct areas, and thus is too big to jail. These are not the only incidents that she is involved in. Her foundation that was started with her husband, and former President of the United States, Bill Clinton, is being looked at for illegally accepting money from foreign governments. The same lady also had the nerve to stand in front of our dead soldiers and tell their families that their deaths were because of a video but then emailed her family and said that the attack was an Al-Qaeda like a terrorist attack.

If you want to talk about this election and say that Trump is either overbearing or unfit for office, I will fully agree with you. I don't believe either candidate in the 2016 election is qualified for the highest office and most powerful office in the entire world. I will, however, say that there is one candidate that is far more unqualified than the other, and it's not the one that has never been involved in politics.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
