Cookie Butter Recipes For You To Try
Trader Joes

As of yesterday, I was formally introduced to the beauty that is Trader Joe's cookie butter. At first I was hesitant to try it. While cookie butter sounds delicious, I was worried that it was going to be the biggest disappointment of my life. After standing in the aisle for five minutes trying to decide what type I wanted, I finally opted for cookies and cream and checked out. My first bite of cookie butter will forever be ingrained in my mind. Looking back on it, it was probably a mistake for me to buy cookie butter considering I have no self control. But I don't regret it. I don't regret it at all. Now that I am a true believer in cookie butter and because I've now entered that stage in my life where I have to cook for myself, I have decided to compile a nice list of recipes, all of which involve the use of cookie butter. Trust me, I'm legally an adult.

1. 4 Ingredient Cookie Butter Mug Cake

This is literally one of the easiest cakes to make. Like, seriously. It looks absolutely delicious, and it's so quick, which is the best part about the entire thing. You can literally microwave it! If you want to find this blessed recipe, you can find it here.

2. Cookie Butter Three Ingredient Drop Cookies

You only need three ingredients, which means you don't even have to spend a lot at the store to make this delicious treat. While I've never made these (considering I was just introduced to cookie butter yesterday), the picture makes them look like quite the delight. You can find the recipe here.

3. Cookie Butter Cheesecake

OK, so this one requires a bit more time to make. It claims that it will serve 12 people, but good luck with that if the actual cheesecake tastes as good as the cookie butter. Admittedly it's harder to make, but who cares? It looks delicious and I'm willing to try making it once in my life. If you want to be daring, you can find the recipe here.

4. Cookie Butter Brownies

While these are also admittedly harder than the first two recipes, they look absolutely amazing. Usually I'm not a huge fan of brownies. These brownies look absolutely delicious, though. You do have to have more ingredients for these brownies than for others, but it seems like these brownies are well worth the hassle. You can find the delicious recipe here.

If you really want your cookie butter fix, you can find 75+ cookie butter recipes here. You're welcome.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
