This is a response to 5 Positive Effects of CBD Oil.

Cannabidiol, or CBD, is the lesser-known branch of the cannabis sativa plant; its more famous sibling, tetrahydrocannabinol, or THC, is the active ingredient in pot that creates users’ “high.” With many states still choosing to make marijuana illegal, CBD has picked up traction as the legal medicinal choice. The main difference between THC and CBD is the psychoactive effects. While THC gives users a high, CBD binds differently to cannabinoid receptors the body naturally produces that don't create a high.

When people want the benefits of cannabis without the high, CBD is the perfect choice. CBD provides many benefits and comes in many forms to take. Some of the benefits of CBD include:

* Relieves pain

* Reduces nausea

* Eases depression

* Decreases seizures

* Helps insomnia

* Relieves PTSD

* Eases anxiety

CBD comes in the form of gummies, drinks, snacks, oils and more. One thing to be cautious about when choosing a CBD product is the quality of the CBD and how much THC can be present. While it does not always come back positive, a positive drug test is still possible when taking CBD.
