Celebrity Fashion At Coachella As Told By Early 2000s

Ah, Coachella. The most anticipated music festival by millennials and attended by all sorts of celebrities. The experience isn't simply about the music, but also about the food, art and fashion (and the 'gram). Fortunately, the flower crowns were kept at a minimum (more of the atrocity could be seen checking your Snapchat stories tbh). Per usual, various celebrity fashion gurus were spotted with the best Coachella festival wear. Here are some celebrity sightings you may have missed -- if Coachella was glamorized by social media in the early 2000s like it is today.

1. Vanessa Hudgens

Also known as Coachella Fashion Queen. Vanessa would have been seen, as expected, sporting the trendiest of festival attire. Her jewelry is always on point, and she would wear a vintage Woodstock necklace. Vanessa would be seen with boho-chic costar Ashley Tisdale. Yaas Queen.

2. Lindsay Lohan

Lindsay would be caught at Guns N' Roses hangin' out with fellow "Freaky Friday" costars Christina Vidal and Haley Hudson. Dressed to the rock and roll theme, Lindsay probably wore army pants and flip flops. Unfortunately JLC would be too busy filming for Activia.

3. Katy Perry

Another frequent to Coachella, Katy is always seen in borderline controversial clothing. However, Katy would have toned it down and settled on a simpler outfit choice. She would have been seen sporting a short, sassy, trendy cut -- as she is always changing her hair. She's undeniable -- fine, fresh, fierce.

4. Oprah

Oprah also would be seen in a short, practical hairstyle for the long days in the desert. She knows better than to rely on a dying, signal-less cell phone, and would have a beautiful watch on her wrist. Rumors would be spread about useful festival giveaways to less practical, non celebrity festival goers.

5. Hillary Duff

Forever an icon and inspiration to all women, Hilary would have definitely been seen at Coachella -- and you would have no trouble finding her. Attitude? Check. Rocker tee? Check. Choker necklace? Check. Crimped hair? Obviously. God, what a legend.

6. Beyonce

Guest performer Queen Bey would be seen in the most practical of tops -- a bandanna. These pieces of clothing are essential in fighting the sand and wind in the desert, so Beyonce would have obviously protected herself from the elements with this fashion top. *Peace sign emoji*

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
