Finals week is full of stress everything: eating, worrying, nail biting, energy drink consumption and any other bad habit you could have. Therefore, in order to celebrate the end of the semester and the end of your current self, you should probably treat yo'self or something.
1. Get a manicure.
Some of us are stress nail bitters. It happens. Spend some of that Christmas money on a manicure or convince your mom/grandma it's for bonding time.
2. Workout.
Going for a killer work can be all that it takes sometimes to make you feel new and whole. It's like the physical exhaustion matches the mental and you can actually be back a 0 again.
3. Shopping.
Buy a new pair of jeans that makes your butt look fantastic and you feel amazing.
4. Donate or Volunteer.
Take the pressure out of doing something and just relax. Plus, nothing feels better than helping people in need. No matter what season.
5. Take an hour long shower and cry.
No joke. Just cry out the stress and the anger. Finals are hard and a lot of the time it's hard to stop and process emotions and the year. So get in the shower, turn on some music and just cry it out. It's over now and I promise you it'll be okay.
