The Best 10 Spongebob Episodes Of All Time

Since I'm having (cue dramatic sound effects) one of the most stressful weeks ever, I figured there was no better thing to do than write my weekly article about Spongebob Squarepants. It's a classic television show that one, never gets old, two, is loved by everyone, and three, brings me back to a time where I had far more free time, and much fewer responsibilities to tend to. So in an attempt to alleviate my (and everyone else's) stress and reminisce about the glory days, I have listed some of the most classic Spongebob episodes out there.

(Disclaimer — I don't know the actual names of the episodes so I'll just attempt to describe them by what happens in each.)

1. The chocolate episode

"What're they sellin'? Chawwwwklate?" When Spongebob and Patrick prance around door-to-door selling delicious chocolates.

2. The Krusty Krab Pizza episode

No one can forget when the Krusty Krab tried to branch out and deliver a pizza. The lovely tune that Spongebob terrorized Squidward with is forever stuck in my head.

3. The Glove World episode

When Spongebob somehow manages to miss every single bus that can bring him home?? Still unsure how. But basically, he ends up stranded and hopeless.

4. The health inspector episode

This is the one where Spongebob accidentally kills the health inspector that comes to check out the Krusty Krab, and him and Mr. Krabs have to deal with the repercussions later on.

5. The episode where Spongebob falls ill to the Suds

He is tended to by the lovely Sandy Cheeks, but she really only ends up making it worse.

6. The "F is for Friends who do stuff together!" episode

U is for you and me, N is for anywhere at any time at all.....

7.The Krusty Krab ~Secret Formula~ episode

When Plankton relentlessly tries to get the secret formula and comes pretty close to being successful, but ultimately fails.

8. The Bubble Bowl Episode

When Squidward wants to beat out Squilliam, he rallies the troops and creates one of the best bands the underwater world has ever seen.

9. The Hash-Slinging Slasher Episode

This is the episode where Mr. Krabs puts Squidward and Spongebob in charge of keeping the Krusty Krab open for 24 hours straight.

10. The Boating License Episode

Where Spongebob repeatedly tries to pass his boating license test. He needed a 600 to pass.. and he got a six.

(Notable runners up: the episode where he gets stung by a jellyfish, the episode where Spongebob and Patrick wake Sandy up from hibernation, and episode where Spongebob is hired to paint Mr. Krabs's new house. All gems.)

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Challah vs. Easter Bread: A Delicious Dilemma

Is there really such a difference in Challah bread or Easter Bread?

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
