14 Of The Best SpongeBob Memes

Since the holidays cause a lot of stress for most people, this week I decided I would write an upbeat article that will hopefully bring a little holiday cheer. Whenever I'm feeling down, I can always count on one of my friends to send me a funny meme. I always get the biggest smiles when someone tags me in a meme on Facebook that they think is relatable or reminds them of me. So, this week, I decided I would be that friend to all of you! Spongebob is my all time favorite cartoon. It has become a classic show that represents our generation. No matter what age I am, I always find Spongebob funny. Here is a list of 14 SpongeBob memes that I think most millennials can relate to.

If you like SpongeBob, this is the article for you. If you like memes, this is the article for you. If you need to take a break from your stressful life and read a stupid article that you may or may not find funny...this is the article for you!

1. I think we all remember doing this in Middle School...

2. How it feels to wake up with a hangover.

3. A meme all high school and college students can relate to.

4. When you leave home at 7 a.m. and don't come home until 7 p.m.

5. Sorry if this makes you uncomfortable, but it is pretty damn hilarious. I can't help but wonder who came up with that product...poor SpongeBob.

6. There's nothing dreamier than a well-rounded partner. A gentleman in the streets and a freak in the sheets.

7. Only SpongeBob viewers will find this funny. In fact, only SpongeBob viewers will even understand it.

8. How it feels when your significant other doesn't give you any attention.

9. It has never felt so good to be a fan girl.

"And no girl ever wants to dance
with a fool who went and ripped his pants.
I know I shouldn't mope around I shouldn't curse-
But the pain feels so much worse-
But windin' up with no one is a lot less fun than a burn
from the sun, or sand in your buns!
Now I learned a lesson I won't soon forget-
Listen and you won't regret.
Be true to yourself, don't miss your chance,
and you won't end up like the fool who ripped
His pants"

10. How I feel after a long day at work.

11. This is honestly one of the worst feelings in the world.

12. When you're going out with friends and your outfit is on point.

13. Texting your friends on a Friday night...

14. Accurate representation of how it feels to be a freshman in college.

Happy Holidays, everyone!

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
