"The Bachelor" is one of my favorite shows on television just like most other girls my age. Each season, I look forward to the entire two-hour drama extravaganza every Monday night. However, this season has me thoroughly disappointed. I am disappointed completely because of this year's choice of the bachelor. Yes, it is true Ben Higgins, you are easily the hottest bachelor yet, but you are also the world's most boring bachelor.

Saturday Night Live's "Bland Man" skit could not have nailed you better Ben.

You have successfully carried through an entire season without having any depth or wit. The lack of laughs that have come out of my mouth during each and every episode is all due to you. You have proclaimed your "like" and honesty to every girl on this show, then encouraged them that you "like" all of them even when you continue to send them home later in the night.

Take Jubilee for starters. During your time with her Ben, you encouraged her to be positive and confident in what you two had. You expressed how much you "liked her." But she saw you for the man that you truly are, one that likes all the girls, and because of this, she was able to understand you liked her the least of the group.

Then there's Emily, the sweet twin that you found a little bit better than Haley. You did what any smart man would do, right? It's nothing like taking her to meet your parents, giving her a great and confident day, and then sending her home as she expresses giddiness of being selected for this very important date. I mean, come on! Who wastes a date of meeting the parents on a girl you have absolutely no connection with but you "like" a whole lot.

Then we have Becca, who you "liked" so much. She asks for one thing and one thing only: not to be blindsided. And what do you do? You blindside her because even though you like her, you like four other girls just as much too.

When girls are interviewed for why they like you all they can say is "I really like Ben, I could see him as my husband" or "Ben is so hot and sweet." There has been not a single girl to express a special unique quality about you. No one who says "he's just so funny" or "his personality is like nothing I have seen before." The conversations the audience see lack any kind of bold personality traits from you, Ben. It is severely disappointing especially because you are so damn cute.

You like and like and like and like and like. Your biggest fear is being "unlovable" so I hate to break it to you, but loving everybody on the show will not cure this fear. Telling a girl you "like" her without actually liking her is even worse than saying "hey, I don't really like you that much."

Ben, you are boring and bland and like everybody. You are too nice to be on this show. Obviously, we understand that you don't want to hurt anyone's feelings, but you can't just say you like everyone to avoid being mean to a girl's face while continuing to lead her in the wrong direction. People of "The Bachelor" nation just want you to be a little more honest with yourself. Show us personality, depth and a feeling other than "like."

So yes, I'm sorry to all the fans out there who are infatuated with your appearance but I just can't hop on the bandwagon. Looks fade Ben, but personality is forever and you might just have the most boring one yet.
