Obviously, in no way shape or form is being sick comforting. It can deprive one of some things other than just a healthy body, it takes away many of the pleasures we have come today enjoy in our day as well. Certain aspects such as socializing with individuals on a daily basis, participate in fun activities outside, go to work to make a living so that you may be able to support yourself, or simply even just enjoying a nice sunrise in the morning. It comes with many negatives and it turn we ourselves become trapped in it's winding spiral of bleak thoughts and feelings. Although to some this is a most joyous occasion, because in a way it is a perfect escape from their rather hepatic and stressful day to day responsibilities. It gives some the opportunity to enjoy much minor parts in the day as to something like sleep or binge watching a series on TV that they otherwise could not have time before to enjoy.
In some instances it gives us time to reflect and start over again. Sometimes in my own time I gain an even more monumental empathetic state of gratitude for people in my life. In my thoughts or past instances where I have received some sort of kindness, that while very little I happen to really see how great it is to receive it. From time to time it can also promote even greater thought, as to how to better promote aid to yourself in the future when you succumb to another future illness. Although let it be said it just sometimes it isn't within our realm to control, contrary to that there are still necessary steps and good habits that could help prolong your health. Some things such as washing hands, staying hydrated, brushing teeth, or eating the right amount of natural foods as well could bring potentially better health to strengthen your immunity.
The inevitable fact of being sick though is we tend to be extremely less active than the per norm (some sicknesses are just more difficult to manage through than others). All of us react to a sickness different in more ways than we can think of. For the majority it all comes down to resting and getting better; or trying to work through it and end up a more horrible mess than when you first started off. Naturally the body will make the right adjustments so that you may be revived within good time. However we have hard time determining what the body wants, so we instead revoke such measures and in turn try to fight it our own way. In this somewhat humorous attempt we end up getting in a far more worse state. It is a rather natural or more necessary action for us though, because we may be deemed out of commission at the moment but there is still always work to be done. So it certainly can go anyway you like but eventually you will carry on. To some degree as well you may learn something as well.
