For the typical gym-goers who like to stay in a routine, what do you do when you just don't have the motivation to go? I know one thing, you shouldn't punish yourself. Taking care of your body can come in many forms, not just pumping iron. Here are some that will make you feel better doing one or all of them.

1. Eat balanced.

A balanced lifestyle is key to happiness ladies and gentlemen. Make yourself a nice salad, or pizza, start from scratch, get ingredients, turn up the music, and enjoy yourself.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating.
