10 traits of a balanced person
- 1.He knows how to prioritize what is important.
- 2.He is democratic.
He is open to other points of view.
- 3.He avoids extremes.
He doesn't engage in heavy drinking, emotional eating or unprotected sex with many partners.
- 4.He is flexible.
- 5.He seeks harmony in his life.
- He is able to recognize toxic people or situations in his life.
- 6.He is down to earth and spiritual at the same time.
- 7.He understands the balance in life.
- (He understand life cycles in humans, animals and nature).
- 8.He seeks peace.
He doesn't pay attention to small nuisances.
- 9.He has physical and mental balance.
10. He has a healthy lifestyle.
He eats healthy, sleeps well and exercises.
"Balance" Activity: What can you do today to work on this core value?
Some ideas include: doing a yoga routine, planning our time effectively or doing self care activities that gives us peace.
